The Brief

ABC Radio needed to upgrade their Ultimo podcast studio to support video production without altering the space's audio performance or operational simplicity. The station's shift toward multi-platform content distribution required a lighting solution that could deliver broadcast-quality video alongside the existing audio setup.

The Build

Dragon Studio Solutions installed LightPro 40B LED tracklights throughout the ABC Radio Ultimo studio. The ceiling-mounted system was chosen for its even coverage and versatility, ensuring presenters are well-lit for video without encroaching on the existing audio equipment or floor space. The entire system is controlled from a single point, keeping operation as simple as the radio workflow the team is accustomed to.
