Upgrading ABC Radio’s Podcast Studio for Video

At Dragon Studio Solutions, we were excited to help ABC Radio take their podcast studio to the next level. Originally designed purely for audio, the space is now equipped for professional video recording without losing the simplicity broadcasters need.

We installed LightPro 40B LED track lights, chosen for their versatility and even coverage, ensuring subjects are well lit for video while keeping the studio’s audio-friendly environment intact. The lights are ceiling-mounted to save space and preserve the clean, professional look of the studio.

Most importantly, the entire system was designed with ease of use in mind: all lights turn on from a single switch, allowing any team member to walk in, press one button, and start recording — no technical setup required.

This upgrade gives ABC Radio a future-proof studio where they can record high-quality podcasts and video content seamlessly, all from the same space.
