Studio 1 — Media & TV Production Studio
A broadcast-grade green screen studio built around a large-format 1200mm radius cyclorama. The 1200mm radius was selected over a smaller 600mm option following technical consultation — the wider curve reduces shadow transitions at the floor-to-wall join and produces a more even, key-able green across the full sweep of the cyclorama, which is critical for professional chroma key production.
The studio also features a permanent overhead lighting grid with Fresnel and LED fixtures, stage curtains either side for scene setting, and full production infrastructure — supplied and installed by the site's AV contractor as part of the broader Lendlease fit-out, outside DSS's scope of works. The result is a broadcast-standard environment capable of supporting professional media production, not just a classroom approximation of it. The studio is in active use by CIT's Creative and Design faculty.

Lighting grid and fixtures were supplied and installed by others as part of the wider fit-out and are not part of DSS's delivered scope.
Studio 2 — Photography Studio
A professional white cyclorama photography studio designed for commercial-quality product, portrait and documentary photography. The seamless infinity curve eliminates the floor-to-wall join entirely, giving photographers a clean, continuous background that requires no post-production correction at the base of the frame.
A ceiling-recessed track lighting system, installed by the site's electrical/AV contractor, keeps the overhead space visually clean and uncluttered — important in a photography studio where ceiling reflections and overhead infrastructure can appear in wide-angle shots. A rolling white background panel provides additional flexibility for different shooting configurations. Like the adjacent media studio, the photography studio is built to the same standard used in commercial production environments — not a scaled-down educational version.
