The Brief
Dr. Alex Phoon, a Sydney plastic surgeon, needed a permanent in-house photography setup that any clinic staff member could operate independently — producing consistent patient portraits and social media content without the cost and scheduling friction of hiring a professional photographer for each session.
The Build
Dragon Studio Solutions designed a compact portrait photography studio within the clinic's existing space. The setup centres on a fixed camera position, a seamless white paper background, and a professional bi-colour LED lighting system ceiling-mounted for consistency. A motorised background system allows backdrop changes without disrupting the camera position.
