The Brief

Education NSW needed a professional video production studio to support the creation of teacher training and internal communication content. The requirement was a flexible chromakey studio that maximised camera angle options in a compact room, allowing presenters to move freely while still delivering clean keying results.

The Build

Dragon Studio Solutions built a U-shaped chromakey studio with green walls wrapping the space — without a floor curve — to allow maximum camera angle flexibility. LightPro 40B LED tracklights were ceiling-mounted to provide even, flicker-free illumination across the full chromakey surface. The design intentionally avoids a floor green to expand the presenters' usable movement space.

The Outcome

Education NSW now produces teacher training videos, departmental communications, and instructional content in-house, at scale. The U-shaped chromakey design gives presenters more room to move naturally while the ceiling-mounted lighting ensures clean keying results regardless of camera position.
