Forcast Clothing

The Brief

Forcast, a fashion retailer with over 30 boutiques across Australia and a growing international e-commerce presence, needed to bring product photography in-house. Their goal was to reduce turnaround time on new-season shoots and maintain consistent brand imagery without relying on external studios.

The Build

Dragon Studio Solutions designed and installed a three-wall white cyclorama studio in an existing 6m x 11m photography space. The cyc wall spans 5m wide, constructed over a concrete board floor layer to prevent the cracking common in timber subfloor builds. Lighting was integrated to allow independent control of the background and subject — giving the team flexibility to dial in Forcast's signature clean, white aesthetic on every shoot.

The Outcome

Forcast can now photograph new product lines on-site and on-demand, with a consistent white background and lighting setup that matches their brand standards across every shoot. Removing the dependency on external hire studios has significantly increased throughput and reduced cost per image.
