The Brief
McDonald College, a performing arts school in Sydney, needed a professional photography studio to support its creative arts curriculum and give students hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment. The brief focused on flexibility, durability, and a lighting system students could learn to use independently.
The Build
Dragon Studio Solutions designed and installed a purpose-built education photography studio featuring a LightPro 4 Pantograph Kit with dual ceiling tracks. The pantograph system allows students to raise, lower, and reposition lights without the use of floor stands, keeping the shooting space clear and safe. A motorised background system provides multiple backdrop options for varied photography assignments.
